Requirements

Strong, persuasive selling skills
Results oriented with a proven track record
Numbers driven and goal oriented
Great customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive, winning attitude
Minimum 2 + years of sales experience
Previous sales experience selling intangibles, weight loss, dating industry or cosmetic enhancement fields .
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) – can articulate key selling points, benefits and features while meeting customer needs and expectations.
Abilityu to work in a team environment
Can quickly assess a problem and determine an amicable solution.

Responsibilities

Primary contact at the center for new clients explaining in greater detail the Hair Club system, and generating enthusiasm to accept the initial application.
Client relationship management – educating clients on products, services and programs, as well as ensuring all client benefits are honored.
Achieving monthly receivables goals.
Upgrading client programs to meet client and Company goals.
