Requirements
- Previous Automotive Sales experience REQUIRED
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven

- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitally
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers Promptly and Guide Them Through the Vehicle Purchasing Process
- Deliver Engaging and Knowledgeable Vehicle Presentations and Demonstrations
- Understand Customer Needs and Recommend the Best Vehicle Solutions
- Assist Customers with Completing Sales and Financing Applications
- Build Lasting Relationships to Generate Repeat and Referral Business
- Maintain Daily Lot Awareness by Inspecting Inventory and Reporting Issues
- Support Proper Vehicle Merchandising to Maximize Sales Opportunities
- Collaborate with Management to Achieve Dealership Sales Goals
