This is a high-performance, relationship-driven sales role focused on guiding homeowners through premium outdoor living projects. This is not a transactional sales position — it’s consultative, education-based, and designed for professionals who take ownership of their results. You will meet with homeowners, understand their vision, educate them on design and investment options, and confidently guide them through the decision-making process. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales required (outside sales, home improvement, construction, or consultative sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Comfortable discussing high-value projects and investment-level pricing.
  • Experience with CRM systems and technology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.
  • Educate homeowners on outdoor living design, materials, and project scope.
  • Present solutions and confidently guide clients through purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Perform outbound prospecting through referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
