Requirements
- Strong passion for sales and relationship building
- Proven communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and coachable
- Previous sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads using innovative sales strategies and outreach methods
- Engage potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present compelling Farmers Insurance products
- Sell a full range of offerings, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets and contribute to agency growth
- Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations
- Accurately document sales activities and maintain client records using agency systems
