Commercial and Fleet Sales Job Description : The Huffines Commercial and Fleet Sales & Leasing Consultant is a product knowledge expert. They provide a world-class buying experience from welcome to delivery by connecting with customers to assess their needs, providing recommendations for vehicle selection, demonstrating the vehicle's safety and features, assisting with financing options, and completing the essential documentation to transact the sale.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
  • Results-oriented self-starter
  • Unrestricted driver license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering world-class customer service
  • Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly
  • Proficiency in computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Interviews customers to determine needs and wants
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, up-fits, financing options and promotions
  • Engages with customers in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Explains vehicle features and performance, applications, and benefits to customers
  • Provides optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Attends product and sales training courses and meetings
  • Follows up with customer purchases to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Performs other duties as assigned
