We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused Sales Compensation Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day operations of sales compensation, ensuring timely and accurate commission processing, clean data, and smooth plan execution. You'll partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, and HR to support a scalable and compliant sales compensation program.
