About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Client Relationship Manager to drive new business growth while building long-term, trusted relationships with our clients. This role blends consultative selling with account ownership—ideal for someone who can close complex deals and then stay engaged to ensure customer success, retention, and expansion.You will work closely with executive stakeholders, product, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver enterprise-grade SaaS solutions that solve real operational and compliance challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or client relationship roles
  • Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions in mid-market or enterprise environments
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with long sales cycles and regulated industries
  • CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in InsurTech, FinTech, ERP, GovTech, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with subscription and ARR-based revenue models
  • Experience managing renewals, expansions, and multi-year contracts
  • Ability to quantify and articulate ROI and business impact

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and close
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client business processes, pain points, and decision criteria
  • Present tailored SaaS solutions, demos, and ROI-driven proposals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with executive and operational stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation and customer success
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
  • Drive renewals and long-term account growth
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs
  • Support pilots, POCs, and enterprise evaluations
  • Assist with RFPs, security reviews, compliance documentation, and procurement processes
  • Provide market and customer feedback to leadership and product teams
