Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems is a plus
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage and coordinate group housing blocks, including rooming lists, cutoff dates, and inventory monitoring
  • Act as a liaison between clients, sales managers, and hotel departments to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
  • Monitor group pickup and performance, proactively identifying opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate records within hotel systems and ensure data integrity
  • Support client relationships by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Assist with site visits, client events, and on-property group execution as needed
