About The Position

Adobe is seeking a senior sales leader to drive strong, consistent execution across Health and Human Services (HHS) opportunities within State and Local Government. This role is focused on shaping deals, advancing opportunities, and supporting sellers in closing complex HHS business . This role is highly visible, deeply collaborative, and central to Adobe’s continued growth in the public sector. Successful candidates are strategic, curious, and resilient sellers who are energized by solving complex problems and working with mission ‑ driven customers. While this role does not carry a personal sales quota, it is accountable for meaningful impact on the quality, progression, and outcomes of HHS sales efforts. This role helps ensure Adobe approaches these opportunities with consistency, focus, and strong execution, supporting sellers today while enabling scalable growth over time. As the HHS business continues to evolve, this role is expected to grow alongside it with increasing ownership and accountability for revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Credibility as a sales professional with experience navigating complex enterprise deals
  • The ability to identify patterns across customer engagements and apply those insights to future opportunities
  • Experience selling into State and Local Government, with familiarity or exposure to Health and Human Services agencies
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working with partners and system integrators in enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to connect technology strategy to program outcomes such as constituent engagement, case management efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of major HHS program domains such as Medicaid, Eligibility and Enrollment, Child Welfare, Workforce Services, and Public Health
  • Familiarity with federal and state modernization initiatives , including Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES), modular procurement, and digital service delivery

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strong HHS Deal Execution Lead early engagement on priority HHS opportunities to help define customer needs, align use cases, and establish a clear deal strategy
  • Guide discovery conversations to ensure strong alignment between customer challenges, Adobe solutions, and next steps
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders across state HHS agencies
  • Support sellers in navigating complex HHS sales cycles by providing perspective on positioning, proof points, and deal approach
  • Partner closely with Account Directors, and partners to advance opportunities and support successful deal execution
  • Orchestrate critical pursuits from strategy to execution, ensuring resource alignment, stakeholder collaboration, and milestone achievement.
  • En able Consistent and Scalable Selling Identify patterns across HHS wins, losses, and execution challenges to strengthen future sales efforts
  • Share insights from the field to inform how Adobe positions, prioritizes, and engages HHS customers
  • Contribute to shaping HHS-specific solution strategies that demonstrate how Adobe capabilities support constituent engagement, digital service delivery, and program modernization
  • Contribute to a selling environment that values discipline, repeatability, and thoughtful execution
