We are seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth by expanding existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, securing profitable projects, and supporting long-term revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Background in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and/or Construction
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven sales growth within the Arizona market
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of local brokers, architects, and market trends
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong computer skills
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • More than 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • BA degree or higher in construction management, marketing, finance, or other relevant degree majors
  • Someone that can bring a diverse background of construction sales knowledge/focuses

Responsibilities

  • Promote company services, brand, and value proposition to clients and industry partners
  • Develop and maintain strong client and industry relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage client follow-up and relationship development
  • Review invitations to bid and support project pursuit efforts
  • Maintain and manage prospective client data within the CRM
  • Conduct industry and market research to support sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams on business development initiatives
  • Report activity and results to management on a regular basis
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Manage the business development budget responsibly
  • Vet and evaluate prospective clients prior to engagement
