  • Ability to read and mark floorplans to reflect installation locations
  • Working knowledge of low-voltage wiring types and contractor/subcontractor relationships
  • Excellent communication skills — you can adjust your style for a GC, an engineer, or a homeowner

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential and commercial markets through proactive outreach and industry partnerships
  • Maintain and grow relationships with general contractors, builders, engineers, and homeowners to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop, present, and close proposals tailored to each client’s needs, and maintain a strong pipeline at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Lead clients through on-site walkthroughs and virtual overviews as needed, showcasing relevant technology solutions.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience from first contact through installation, including post-sale communication and seamless handoff to our operations team
  • Contribute market insights to leadership and provide guidance to junior sales staff

Benefits

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (60% of premiums covered by the company)
  • Employee stock ownership — you’re a part-owner from day one
  • 401(k) with opt-out option
  • 1 week of PTO available immediately, increase to 2 weeks after first year
  • Optional short-term disability insurance (Aflac, post-tax)
