The SDR/BDR Lead is a player–coach responsible for generating qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound calling while also leading, coaching, and developing our SDR team. This role requires someone who is equally strong at making calls, booking meetings, and running sequences as they are at training others to do the same. The ideal candidate is confident using a power dialer such as Nooks, comfortable spending multiple hours per day on outbound calls, and skilled at coaching SDRs through call blocks, messaging, objection handling, and consistent follow-up. They will work closely with Sales and Marketing to support outreach strategy, lead flow, campaign alignment, and performance optimization.
