Our Stores are one of the keys to our success. As a Sales Associate for Gorsuch, you will play a key role in ensuring we achieve that excellence. We have a Full-time and a Part-time seasonal retail sales position in our Beaver Creek Store Ski Equipment Department located in the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek Resort in Avon, Colorado. If you have experience in selling Ski Apparel, Ski accessories & Equipment this is a great opportunity to join our Gorsuch family of retail professionals. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with an interest in style, fashion and a passion for the mountain lifestyle to join our team providing the ultimate luxury experience for our clientele.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, Ski Accessory and ski wear sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Skilled communication in English and Spanish a plus with excellent follow up and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work in busy environment.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the customer experience.
- Seek fashion and product knowledge to educate, inspire and work with our clientele.
- Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes staging and merchandising, sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
