Requirements
- High energy, competitive and sales driven personality and passion for Harley-Davidson Brand.
- Experience and knowledge of motorcycle parts and models.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience with every customer every time.
Nice To Haves
- Motorcycle Riding is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide a fun full-service shopping experience to our customers through active selling and engagement.
- Proactively engage with customers to determine parts and accessories needed while always looking for ways to customize the motorcycle.
- Estimate and communicate parts costs and timelines from ordering to installation.
- Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
- Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
- Accurately handle cash register operations including rewards, returns, warranty, and other transactions.
- Make outbound phone calls inviting our customers to events or promoting product.
