Sales Associate Fall 2026 Weekends - Wolfpack Outfitters
About The Position
At Wolfpack Outfitters, the mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience to all guests, ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to excellence. This role involves providing front-line customer service and sales floor support, handling sales transactions, fulfilling online orders, restocking and maintaining the sales floor, and performing some light housekeeping duties. Students will start at a training level of Tier 1 at $11 per hour and can be promoted to a Tier 2 position at $12 per hour upon demonstrating sufficient skills.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
- Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
- Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
- Retail and sales experience
- Great Attitude/Personality
- Ability to be punctual and professional
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Requires standing for long periods, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
Responsibilities
