About The Position
Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. At Wolfpack Outfitters, the mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience to all guests, ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to excellence, making each visit enjoyable and fulfilling. This position is for students and is Federal Work-Study Eligible.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
- Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
- Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
- Retail and sales experience
- Great Attitude/Personality
- Ability to be punctual and professional
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Requires standing for long periods, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
Responsibilities
- Providing front-line customer service and sales floor support
- Tendering out sales
- Online fulfillment
- Restocking and maintaining the sales floor
- Some light housekeeping, bending, standing for long durations, and light lifting
