Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Applicants must be able to stand for hours at a time and lift at least 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day without assistance

Responsibilities

• Providing world-class customer service for every customer
• Packing & Shipping certification
• Faxing, scanning, printing
• Providing notary public service during all business hours
• Reliable and accountable for all scheduled shifts
• Working closely with co-workers and the manager to ensure a quality customer experience while maximizing revenues for the business
• Keeping store image pristine for corporate compliance
• Continually cleaning and preparing the store for the next round of business
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and direct contact
• Ability and confidence to work independently and open/close the store
