About The Position

We are looking to add a high-potential Sales Associate to our Investor Sales team to help drive new business growth within the investment community.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying new leads to leading product demonstrations, coordinating with research teams, and closing new business.
This is a new business–focused (hunting) role with uncapped earning potential. Please note that this is a 100% hunting role!

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (enterprise or subscription sales is a plus) actively closing business
• You are highly motivated to build a career in enterprise sales within financial services
• You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and energized by hunting for new opportunities
• You are intellectually curious and excited about data, investing, and financial markets
• You are resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills, including thoughtful questioning
• You are a team player who values collective success as much as individual achievement

• The annual on-target earnings for this position are anticipated to be $78,000 base salary plus up to $110,000 in commission per year. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
• The compensation package also includes equity.
