About The Position

We are looking to add a high-potential Sales Associate to our Investor Sales team to help drive new business growth within the investment community. In this role, you will support the full sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying new leads to assisting in product demonstrations, coordinating with research teams, and helping close new business. You will partner closely with senior Sales Executives while developing the skills and experience needed to independently manage accounts over time. This is a new business–focused (hunting) role with clear growth paths into a fully quota-carrying Sales Executive position.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (enterprise or subscription sales is a plus)
  • You are highly motivated to build a career in enterprise sales within financial services
  • You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and energized by hunting for new opportunities
  • You are intellectually curious and excited about data, investing, and financial markets
  • You are resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, including thoughtful questioning
  • You are a team player who values collective success as much as individual achievement

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new investor leads (hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, asset managers)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Support product demos and client conversations by understanding investor use cases
  • Collaborate with Research and Data Product teams to address client questions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline tracking
  • Help build advocates within target accounts
  • Learn to manage full sales cycles over time

  • The annual on-target earnings for this position are anticipated to be $78,000 base salary plus up to $110,000 in commission per year. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
  • The compensation package also includes equity.
