The Associate, Investor Relations (Client Service Operations), is an operations-focused role responsible for the accurate execution, scalability, and continuous improvement of investor-related operational workflows. It serves as a critical operational partner to Investor Relations, Accounting, and cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and a high standard of investor service. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work closely with both onshore teams and offshore resources to ensure accuracy across all investor-facing systems. Your Scope of Responsibilities: This position serves as the primary operational point of contact, overseeing day-to-day investor workflows, capital events, reconciliations, and data accuracy across internal teams, investors, and custodians.
