About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within our various retail locations. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
• Previous retail sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness.
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
• Participate in our sales incentive program, where you're rewarded for achieving sales goals.
