About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to facilitate vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. This role is crucial for responding to leads, providing information, answering questions, and guiding customers from initial contact to an in-store experience, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The willingness to follow up with customers
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interact with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase.
  • Respond to leads in a timely fashion.
  • Answer questions and provide information.
  • Help guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Help customers select their perfect vehicle.
  • Negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
  • Close the deal.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase.
  • Drive loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
