This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication and multitasking skills. The Sales Representative will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, expanding our market presence, and supporting our growing Korean-speaking customer base.

Requirements

Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
Previous sales experience, preferably in food distribution, wholesale, or related industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience working with grocery, restaurant, or food service accounts
Knowledge of poultry, meat, or food distribution industry
Established relationships within Korean business communities is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients
Manage customer accounts, including order processing, pricing, and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
