About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technician with 2–3+ years of experience to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and data center operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hardware, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance , and can work independently or with IT teams to ensure high availability and reliability.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as an IT or Infrastructure Technician
• Hands-on experience with servers, storage, networking devices, and cabling
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data center operations
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of cloud-integrated infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+, CCNA, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and related infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and hardware issues
• Assist in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
• Support data center operations , including racking, cabling, and device setup
• Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and maintenance logs
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational policies
• Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and system redundancy tasks
