About The Position

Sales Assistant – Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan is a third-generation, family-owned dealership that has proudly served the Pawleys Island community and surrounding areas for over 46 years! We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is designed to support our entire sales department and provide the foundation for a successful future sales career. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet showroom customers, set appointments, and send personalized welcome messages/follow-ups.
  • Communication: Handle outbound/inbound calls, emails, texts, and personalized videos.
  • Digital Management: Manage customer info within the CRM and take high-quality photos/videos of vehicles for marketing.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and move vehicles for deliveries or display needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management.
