Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Google Suite and CRM systems (training provided).
  • A guest-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a sales or administrative support role.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain guest files, manage the Sales Advisor’s calendar, and prepare necessary documents for appointments and sales transactions.
  • Guest Interaction: Act as a liaison between guests and the Sales Advisor by handling inquiries, scheduling test drives, and providing prompt follow-ups.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in locating and preparing vehicles for test drives, ensuring that the inventory is presentable and ready for guests.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input guest information, sales leads, and follow-up notes into the CRM system.
  • Communication: Maintain open and timely communication with the Sales Advisor to coordinate daily activities and prioritize tasks.
  • Marketing Support: Help with the creation of promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Sales Advisor’s clientele.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support the dealership's overall sales goals.
