About The Position
KAIT - TV in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking an organized, resourceful, detail-oriented individual to provide support to the Media Executives, sales management team, and station clients. The individual will work directly with the sales team and management team to provide client customer service and delivery of sales commitments. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong work ethic who works well under pressure, has good time management skills, and likes to solve problems with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service. Must be excellent at building relationships and following through on promises and commitments made.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized, able to handle multiple orders/projects at various stages of execution and development across dozens of accounts.
- Enjoy being an active support player for others. Comfortable working with salespeople and their clients, individually and together.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Have a well-grounded understanding of the importance of making revenue goals
- Professional appearance is a must
Nice To Haves
- Experience with graphic programs (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Media Executives in order entry and maintenance
- Apply traffic instructions to orders
- Create client presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Provide research on various categories of advertisers
- Organize and maintain a high level of customer service on an ongoing basis
