About The Position

The Sales Coordinator is responsible to help meet and exceed budgeted census goals. General responsibilities include assisting depositors and family members through good communication skills, organization, creativity, and prioritization of tasks. He or she must maintain positive relationships with competing businesses, professionals, and organizations in the local area and help transition new residents into the community and coordinate admission.

Requirements

  • Basic Working knowledge of sales and marketing as it relates to senior housing
  • Demonstrates customer service skills and a desire to work in a service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Assumes personal accountability of assigned duties and completes task in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to clearly present information, accurately communicate, provide necessary lever of detailed service even under stressful or demanding conditions.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
