Provide administrative support to the branch sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with pre-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using phone, computer tools, and applications.
  • Strong typing and written communication ability.
  • Able to lift 20+ lbs occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a sales or administrative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests and vendors.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, break areas, demo floor, and conference rooms.
  • Collect and distribute daily mail.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly Average Volume Reports.
  • Retrieve buyout and trade-up quotes and invoices from banks.
  • Enter credit requests and vendor points for sales reps.
  • Draft and prepare sales proposals.
  • Enter orders into CRM and assist with database cleanup.
  • Serve as lead contact for all pre-sales tasks.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process equipment move requests.
