About The Position
Sales Assistant I – BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The is Sales Assistant I is responsible for general administrative support to Group or Individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing).
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Call center experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls for sales staff with courtesy and efficiency by taking accurate messages and/or routing calls properly.
- Prepares and logs proposals.
- Maintains supplies.
- Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues.
- Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets.
- Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data.
- Generates sales reports.
