Call Center I is responsible for obtaining necessary information to verify and update all shipping information for BSC patients. They will handle inbound and outbound phone calls for this purpose. They will also contact patients when their study is complete to ensure the return of the cardiac monitor. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.
