About The Position

The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Sales Assistant, Administrative position, providing administrative support to the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating sales meetings and events
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
