Position Overview: We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting , not management.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
• Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
