About The Position

This individual will support the sales process by assisting with deal documentation, updating records, and ensuring all related activity is accurately captured in company systems. This role also monitors trafficking processes for all equipment in the yard. The position contributes to parts operations through inventory control, receiving and storing parts, maintaining a clean and organized department, and supporting retail floor standards. Additionally, the role provides administrative support, including AP/AR tasks and general assistance to store management. Overall, this position ensures smooth coordination between sales, parts, and administrative functions to support overall store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all equipment entering the yard until it is transferred over to the shop.
  • Monitor the entire trafficking process for all equipment that enters or leaves the yard.
  • Complete a thorough check on all equipment prior to transferring it to the shop.
  • Responsible for moving, linking, unlinking, and monitoring all equipment in the yard.
  • Participate in the preparation of equipment for rental, sale, and/or demo.
  • Assist all aspects of the sales process.
  • Provide support to the sales team on deals including uploading paperwork to the deal, reviewing, updating, final approving and winning the deal in the system.
  • Use Company provided systems/tools (i.e.S2) to assist or complete the documentation, tracking, recording, follow up, and capture all related sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist the sales team in locating and securing equipment and attachments.
  • Take a proactive approach to inventory control by assisting and /or reporting discrepancies.
  • Receive, ship, and store parts as needed in accordance with DOT local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system and assist with cycle count duties.
  • Assist in keeping parts department clean and professional.
  • Assist in maintaining the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
