Think of it as ‘practical magic.' The Design and Sales Consultant provides an in-home customer experience by designing and selling cabinetry, closets, home offices, garages, media centers, and other storage solutions for homes. This position includes selling, designing, measuring home spaces, and providing an exceptional experience.This is a full-time (40 hours/ week) opportunity

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate politely, clearly and professionally with clients
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately data entry
  • Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, and ability to manage own schedule and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Design organization units for customers utilizing our proprietary CAD software program.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Visit customers' homes for a needs analysis and to design a storage unit
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Continuous follow-up with the customers and collaboration with the installation team to ensure job completion.
  • Pursue referrals and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales related goals and targets.
