About The Position

RealCraft is looking for a driven Sales & Design Consultant who thrives in a collaborative sales environment and is motivated to earn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understands design at a practical level, and wants their effort to directly impact their income. You’ll guide homeowners, designers, and builders through selecting and customizing handcrafted doors and hardware, turning interest into confident buying decisions. If you’re competitive, organized, and hungry to grow sales while working with a tight-knit team, this role will suit you well. RealCraft designs and builds premium doors and hardware for creative homeowners, architects, and designers nationwide. We’re the only DTC manufacturer using 100% real materials, true timber doors and solid metal hardware handcrafted onsite using traditional joinery. Quality, craftsmanship, and accountability drive everything we do.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a design-related field
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook required; HubSpot, Docusign, or Shopify a plus)
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and motivated by commission

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in design, architecture, or home improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work inbound and outbound leads to close new business.
  • Proactively prospect and follow up.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and trade partners.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
  • Guide customers through design options, customization, and installation details.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and bids for projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate order status and manage customer expectations.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to production.
