We are looking for a collaborator with a flair for design and project management skills to lead a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity, and a relentless closing success ratio for a HIGH EARNING dynamic environment. California Closets started the industry nearly 50 years ago, and today we are still the leader and best at what we do! We specialize in delivering a great product and an even better experience with the best Design skills and expert installers to deliver the finished product. We help our Clients focus on what matters most in their lives. We are locally owned and operated and serve the Gulf and Emerald Coasts.

Requirements

  • Outside sales experience with commission structure and a proven track record of setting and hitting goals
  • Interior Design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home décor
  • Reliable car and Valid Driver’s License to commute to customer’s homes for appointments
  • Ability to kneel and stoop, lift up to 50 pounds for on-site measuring with measuring tools
  • Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team
  • Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs
