Requirements

  • Has a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Has refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Is proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Previous hotel experience is not required

Responsibilities

  • Being a liaison between sales and event planning
  • Assisting with preparing sales agreements, coordinating group and event business, coordinating communication with clients
  • Providing exceptional service to internal and external guests
  • Assists with coordination of meetings and events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with other departments
