We are looking for a Sales Analyst to drive sales growth at our growing company! You will work with field sales teams to identify and track opportunities to increase Phonak's shop share, reduce customer churn, and develop new avenues for sales. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel knowledge
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, accurate, and a proven self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators and share insights with Senior Management
  • Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support quarterly business reviews
  • Conduct financial analysis for customer pricing proposals
  • Track promotions with Sales, Marketing and Product Management
  • Contribute to sales budget and monthly forecasts
  • Recommend enhancements to BI tools including SAP BW and Salesforce
