The Sales Analyst will be responsible for delivering sales reports based on national distributor sales tracings and direct sales results, calculating GPO fees and sales commissions, creating data dashboards to monitor sales performance and provide customer retention insights through the analysis of sales and marketing data, GPO and Distribution program compliance and other resources. This position will support business intelligence and decision-making process and have access to a variety of tools and methods including ERP, CRM, national distributor and business partners sales reports and other databases. The Sales Data, Pricing and Contract Administrator will also ensure supervised pricing and quotes consistency and compliance with contracts and pricing policies, as well as consistent customer mapping with GPO affiliations, split by current regional map and assignment to the right Regional Sales Manager. The role will be responsible for communicating cross-functionally with sales organization, finance, marketing and sales partners. The candidate should demonstrate business awareness through intellectual curiosity, data accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. The role will be a key catalyst for driving data driven Sales Analytics within the organization which will place both the Customer at the core of Sales and Marketing initiatives. Specifically, the Sales Data, Pricing and Contract Administrator will successfully build a collection of Analytical Products which will inform and influence decisions related to wholistic performance, customer behaviors, personalization as well as impact of all marketing activities on both online and offline. The Sales Data, Pricing and Contract Administrator will help to build best practices for analytics and educate others within the organization to use data in decision making.
