From athletes to remote workers, people around the world want to eat well and live healthier, more active lives and we have the products to match!   We are hiring a Sales Analyst, Amazon who will be responsible for supporting GPN's onsite execution and reporting for Performance Nutrition brands on Amazon.com. This role is open due to an internal promotion!   We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Analyst, Amazon to drive best-in-class product experiences across Amazon. You will own the development and optimization of product detail pages (PDPs) for a catalog of 200+ SKUs, ensuring maximum SEO discoverability, traffic, and conversion. You will lead performance reporting and deliver actionable insights on sales, share of voice, and content effectiveness, while monitoring category and competitive trends to inform strategy.   Key responsibilities include managing Amazon content deployment (A+, B+, Brand Stores), overseeing new item setup and discontinuations, executing promotional campaigns for major events, and resolving Retail Business Services (RBS) cases. You will conduct regular PDP audits, implement optimization plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate product claims and integrate high-performing keywords. Additionally, you will support the rollout of a new Product Experience Management (PXM) system and perform competitive research to stay ahead in ecommerce marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of experience or internships
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Experience working in ecommerce, including Google, Amazon, or Walmart preferred
  • Proficiency working across large cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop best-in-class product detail pages (PDPs) to maximize SEO discoverability, traffic, and conversion across an Amazon catalog of 500+ SKUs.
  • Lead reporting and deliver actionable insights on PDP performance, including sales, category share, digital shelf share of voice, traffic, conversion, and content analytics.
  • Monitor category, customer, retail, shopper, and competitive trends and provide strategic recommendations to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Amazon content deployment (A+, B+, Brand Stores) for new products, optimize existing content, and ensure visibility on content integrity and performance.
  • Own Retail Business Services (RBS) case resolution for issues such as food safety complaints, product variations, browse node updates, trademark/IP infringements, and PDP corrections.
  • Oversee new item setup and product discontinuation processes on Amazon.
  • Execute promotion set up for key events, including Prime Day, Cyber 5, and New Year New You.
  • Conduct regular PDP audits to assess accuracy and effectiveness; create and implement optimization plans to improve rankings and sales.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Connected Commerce team to integrate high-performing keywords into PDPs for improved paid and organic search ranking.
  • Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Regulatory teams to maintain accurate product benefits and claims across the catalog.
  • Support implementation and adoption of a new Product Experience Management (PXM) system.
  • Perform competitive research to stay ahead of ecommerce marketing and sales strategies across major retailers.
