The Sales Analyst partners closely with Treasury Management Officers to drive sales effectiveness and deliver a seamless client experience. This role supports analysis, pricing, presentation development, and ongoing client maintenance to help identify opportunities and strengthen relationships. It’s an excellent opportunity to grow within commercial banking while building deep expertise in treasury management solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Less than 2 years of banking experience

Nice To Haves

  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Responsibilities

  • Support Treasury Management Officers by preparing account analyses, pro forma pricing, sales presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Analyze competitive account analysis statements and develop pricing documents that align with business strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Client Delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of new treasury solutions.
  • Manage incoming treasury management maintenance requests, ensuring timely tracking, processing, and customer communication.
  • Partner with the CDTM sales team to execute market business plans, including call preparation and risk form creation.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by identifying cross-sell opportunities and referring clients to appropriate partners.
  • Lead or support special projects related to reporting, portfolio analysis, and sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance product knowledge, network, and support business development.
