The Sales Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the field, leveraging data-driven insights to support and accelerate sales performance across assigned areas of responsibility (AORs). This role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive growth and improve overall effectiveness. Sales Operations develops a strong understanding of their regions and proactively provide meaningful insights to Sales and Regional Managers, enabling informed decision-making and timely adjustments to strategy and focus. In addition, this role plays a key part in supporting field development by identifying skill gaps, assisting with training initiatives, and reinforcing best practices that improve individual and team performance. A core component of the position includes tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance to recognize high-performing team members while also uncovering opportunities for coaching and development. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to the development and execution of initiatives that have a direct impact on business outcomes.
