The Sales Administrator position works directly with account managers, Store leaders, and supply staff to assist, promote, market, and sell the complete range of products offered through the Trane Supply Channel. This lineup includes OEM parts, installation and service supplies, 1 to 25 ton equipment, rentals, and more. Success in this role involves collaborating with Trane Supply Account Managers, store leaders, Retail Ops Leaders, and the purchasing team, as well as equipment and rentals product managers, to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships. The successful administrator will also be an active and positive influence in the branch store, providing ongoing mentoring and leadership to inside personnel.
