About The Position

FireTron is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales team in the Dallas/DFW market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys supporting sales initiatives through strong organization, communication, and follow-through. The Sales Administrator plays a key role in managing administrative and contractual tasks generated by sales activity, supporting bid management, lead qualification, CRM updates, and coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Contract Administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while supporting both sales leadership and the broader sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Financially responsible with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and bid management systems preferred
  • Ability to pass a background screening

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and contractual tasks generated by sales department activity
  • Review contracts for scope and terms prior to approval by the Sales Manager
  • Manage BuildingConnected and other bid aggregator platforms; distribute bid opportunities to the Sales team based on account assignments
  • Research, qualify, and scope inbound leads received via website, phone, and email
  • Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities, assign leads, and support customer relationship management
  • Maintain bid calendars and master bid logs for all projects
  • Research and gather lists of prospective and current bidders for projects
  • Assemble and submit required documentation to book new projects
  • Review, approve, or decline booking packages and distribute to booking Project Coordinators
  • Prepare and submit sold project data to Contract Administration for booking
  • Run sales and activity reports as requested
  • Assist with marketing and sales-related tasks as needed
  • Coordinate sales meetings, lunch-and-learns, and other sales-related events
  • Provide administrative support to sales leadership and executives as needed
  • Foster strong internal relationships and support follow-through on sales initiatives
