About The Position

The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing a range of administrative functions, streamlining communication, and coordinating team logistics. This position works closely with both sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer service, facilitate efficient operations, and help contribute to the achievement of sales goals.

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or sales support role.

Responsibilities

  • Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Maintain calendars and ensure alignment of team activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, presentations, and capability brochures.
  • Support coordination of trade shows, conferences, and client events, including logistics, registration, and promotional materials.
  • Update and maintain sales database and CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, forecasts and updates.
  • Maintain and organize contracts, agreements, and sales documents.
  • Manage marketing materials inventory, giveaways, and promotional items.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing communications, including newsletters, flyers, and announcements.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by coordinating website updates, social media content scheduling, and reporting analytics.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables for marketing campaigns, proposals, and sales initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide general office support, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and document management.
