We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to play a vital role in our success by coordinating and overseeing the procedures, tasks and timing of the key aspects of our sales process and serve as an Office Manager in our Nashville branch office. Sales Administrator Overview The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting new sales efforts by ensuring all required processes are followed and paperwork such as contracts and credit applications are completed. The Sales Administrator collaborates with the Sales Team and various functional areas to ensure a smooth customer experience as their project goes through the contract and finance stages and onto the sold-to-construction feasibility audit and measure phase. This individual oversees the new sale until it's ready to hand off to the Product Ordering Dept. Additionally, the Sales Administrator will serve as the Office Manager for our West Chester branch office, serving as the main point of contact for all visitors, deliveries, and administrative support.
