Working with minimal supervision, the Sales Administrative Assistant handles various clerical and administrative duties for both the Sales and Service Departments. This includes utilizing office software for administrative activities, playing an extensive role in order processing (CRM / Infor Syteline) with a high degree of knowledge of Amada’s product offerings, preparing machine quotations, answering telephones, managing files and records, routing mail, preparing special reports, and providing administrative support for assigned regions/departments. The role requires initiative and independent action.
