About The Position

The Sales Admin will follow the order cycle from order entry to delivery from our Brownsville facility. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of diplomacy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Accounting
• SAP
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office – with emphasis on Excel
• Must be respectful, honest, and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Some pipe or steel experience is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures that orders are entered in timely and accurately.
• Review available inventory in plant and warehouse.
• A Sales Order Report must be generated from every PO to confirm acceptance of the order with the customer.
• Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their PO.
• Generate PO from Forza Steel USA to Forza Steel Mexico for each customer PO.
• Generate daily sales report end of each day.
• Review with sales persons their weekly sales objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
