Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of sales metrics is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Track sales performance metrics and assist in analyzing sales data for strategic planning
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accessibility
